Down Dog Yoga is a welcoming sanctuary away from the typical. The interior is tranquil to the senses and stimulating to the spirit. An intimate space with subtle décor and soothing background music creates a warm and relaxing atmosphere for all who visit. Our mission is to educate and motivate you along the path to total mind-body wellness in a supportive community with acceptance, care and laughter.

Skilled Guidance to Aid Relaxation

At Down Dog Yoga, you do not have to worry about whether you are meditating correctly, because our Guides lead the way. You simply have to follow along, directing your internal awareness to where the Guide points you. This practice is much easier, more effective, and more focused because you can relax knowing that a skilled Guide is directing your mind where it needs to go.

Jessica is an impassioned instructor. Her goal is to share the wealth of knowledge she has accumulated throughout her life in the field of movement.

Master Yoga Instructor

With over 20 years experience as a professional dancer and teacher, Michele provides her clients with a full spectrum of intellectual and physical enhancement. 

Frank Swift

Mindfulness and Meditation

Frankie has over 20 years of experience and wide knowledge of Martial Arts and Zen. He uses his years of discipline to help his clients achieve their mindfulness goals.
